The East Central Health District Consortium
meets four times a year, beginning in April, plus an additional meeting prior to submission of the State Grant Application.
The meetings are held at 12:00 PM on the first Friday of the month at
the Laney Walker Health Department.
Meetings generally last from one hour to
one and one-half hours. Meetings are open to the public.
Each year the full membership roster is put
in place by the Consortium Chair in April.
The Consortium, in order to comply with
requirements of the CARE Act, shall include representatives of :

In addition, HRSA requires that each Ryan
White Title II Consortium strive to match membership with the demographics of
the epidemic in their area.
This
Consortium makes a concerted effort to have as many persons who are living with
HIV and AIDS participate.
Each member may serve on a Committee of the
Council. The Standing Committees of the
Consortium are as follows:
